Menopauseatwork.org is a site containing information of rigorous and robust academic research exploring menopause and menstruation at work. It prides itself of developing free open access resources based on what 'really works' that anyone can use.
We are not about inventing the wheel - a number of organizations and advocacy groups have already developed a range of excellent policies and guidelines surrounding menopause, the detail of many of these can be found here. Our driving aim is changing minds about changing bodies. We want menopauseatwork.org to support all organizations and people in their journey to making their workplaces and communities supportive and enabling environments for everyone experiencing menopausal transition and menstruation.
Our Studies...
MIPO is based on insights from over 800 women about menopause at work and is comprised of free, open access suite of resources to help workplaces support menopausal transition informed by internationally recognized research.
AMMInO is a study of over 6,000 employees across NHS Scotland to explore their experience of menopause and menstruation in work
Launching in October 2026, this latest study reports on the experience of over 300 attendees and hosts of Menopause Cafes, exploring the health and wellbeing benefits of attendance
